The new thekarmania.ir: from catalog to quotes, orders and live chat

The Karmania site is no longer just a showcase. A tour of this year's changes: customer accounts, quote requests, order tracking, live chat, reviews and this blog.

Until last year thekarmania.ir was an online catalog: product photos, specifications, a phone number. It was a good catalog, but everything else happened by phone and messenger. Over the past months we rebuilt the site so that the whole working relationship, from the first question to after-sales service, can happen right here. This post is a summary of what changed.

Three languages, one site

The site is available in Persian, English and Arabic, with right-to-left and left-to-right layouts handled properly. Blog posts, products and account pages are maintained in all three languages.

A fuller catalog

Every product page now carries dimensions, colours, technical specifications and downloadable files such as datasheets. Four related products from the same category are suggested at the foot of the page, and site search finds products by name and tag.

Ratings and reviews

Visitors can rate products and write reviews. Reviews are checked before they appear, and customers who have ordered that product get a verified-customer mark.

Customer accounts and quote requests

With an account you can request a quote from any product page or from the portal: products and quantities, project location and attachments such as a site plan. The sales team sends the quote to the same portal, and you review and approve it online.

Order tracking

After approval your order appears stage by stage in the portal: production, quality check, delivery, installation and completion, with dates and photos. Payments and the balance are recorded there too, and you are notified at each stage.

Live chat

The chat button is on every page. During working hours the sales and support team answers; outside them your message is saved and you get a reply by email or SMS. No account is needed.

Warranty and service

Every installed unit has a QR plate and its own page, and customers see their units and service requests in their account. This post explains it in full.

Smaller things

  • Secure sign-in with passkeys and email codes, with no password required
  • An announcement bar above the site for important news and offers
  • Telegram, WhatsApp, Bale, Eitaa, Rubika and Soroush Plus links in the footer
  • This blog, for services, projects and technical guides

All of this was built by our own team with direct input from sales and installation colleagues, and we keep improving it. If you have a suggestion or something does not work, tell us through live chat or the contact page.
